President's Thoughts

How did you spend your night?

Let me tell you how I spent mine. After picking up the trash left around the bleachers that fans left, I went to check to see if the restrooms were clean. Can anyone guess what I found on the floor in one of the stalls? Someone decided that the toilet was not a good option and went ahead and proceeded to use the floor as an alternative. Just in case you are wondering, I have a lot of other things I would rather do than have to clean that off of the floor. I understand that there are kids that are going to miss the urinal or toilet when urinating but I can't explain why they would decide to drop the rest of their business on the floor. When I first saw it I was hoping it was an April Fools joke but nope, it was real. Please talk with your children and explain the importance of respecting the park and facilities that are provided. As board members we understand that we will have to stay after and pick up trash and help keep the park clean but I hate to ask any of the volunteers to have to clean up that mess that is left on the floor. So instead of getting home 20 minutes earlier, I was the lucky one to clean it up. Again please help us keep the park and restrooms clean.

Thanks

I agree. The A's stayed after opening day and cleaned not just our dugout and field,

but also the bleachers and under them. Talk about messy, I could of sworn we had a rodeo held there that day. As too the restroom, Sorry we did not go there nor do we want to. But if thats what it takes we will do it well dont know about we, but I will. Just please show some respect as to what was posted everybody really needs to chip in guys and girls. Because it is frustraiting having to stay an hour over to clean up a mess that you or your kids did not create. We need a bathroom policeman to catch whoever is dropping the dueces on the floor. LOL

Come on parents, please pick up after yourself and your kids. I have spent four years cleaning up after you. It is mush easier for you to clean up after one or two people than it is for us to clean up after one hundred people. I know that you do  not leave your house like this so PLEASE help out by doing your part. I bet that you actually have to walk past a trash can on your way out. Not sure about the girls, but guys if you have to use a stall to do number 1, please, please, please at least raise the seat.
