Ticket Sales
ó Pre-sale Tickets
o 25 tickets for $20.00
o Advanced ticket sales start March 29th at the concession stand.
Dunkin Booth
ó Team Moms will need to get with their managers/coaches/team parents to sign up. Each time slot will be for 1 hour.
ó We need to encourage the managers and board members to be dunked…
ó Email Laura Shostak, lauraq2005@yahoo.com, sign up lists by Wednesday, April 7.
ó No children under the age of 10 yrs. will be allowed to sign up to be dunked.
Silent Auction
ó Basket or items valued at $40 per team
ó Due date is April 9th. These items will need to be brought to the field on or before that date.

Cake Walk
ó 5 baked goods per team

ó Cakes can be store bought or homemade. If homemade, please put your team name, baker’s name and phone number on wrapping. This is required by the Health Department.

Ice Chests, Tables, and Chairs
ó BNLL is in need of ice chests, tables, and chairs. If anyone on your team would allow BNLL to borrow these items, please contact Laura Shostak at lauraq2005@yahoo.com or 713-240-9239. Please be sure to have all items labeled with owner’s name.
